We needed a solution to cool our new computer server room, professional installation of a split AC system was going to cost too much and portable ducted system would be a nightmare as the outside wall was 15M away. I stumbled across the 71 Aircon website and made enquiries with Eileen as to the suitability and technical details of the system and was reassured by the fast response to these questions. We ordered the system and it arrived very quickly, it was a couple of weeks before we got round to doing the installation when we found a pipe coupler missing, but that was dispatched 1st class the same afternoon. The installation went smoothly, the instructions were clear and simple to follow. We have forwarded a few suggestions for improvement but on the whole we were very impressed. The unit has been running for 3 weeks and the room is now lovely and cool."
